How you buy from us

This is an online catalog for licensed US dental practices. You can shop on the website, call, or email. Checkout totals show the product price in USD before you pay. Card payments run on Stripe. There is no membership fee to browse or buy.

Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on US orders. Orders submitted on a business day are typically processed the same day and shipped the next business day. Orders may ship from Coretix Dental Supplies or directly from an approved supplier, manufacturer, or warehouse partner.

Most US orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier, supplier availability, and product type. We do not operate a walk-in pickup counter at the mailing address below.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days for eligible unopened, unused, non-sterile products. Email sales@dentalcoreinstruments.com before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility and send return instructions.

Opened, used, installed, custom, special-order, or sterile dental products may not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Bank or card posting times vary. If we cannot fulfill an order after you have paid, we refund that charge. We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible unopened returns.

Warranty

Warranty terms follow each product's manufacturer instructions for use and packaging. Many instruments include a limited manufacturer warranty against defects; specifics appear on the product page or IFU. Warranty claims are coordinated through Coretix Dental Supplies at the contacts above.
